Interclub News
We had an interclub with Mtn. View that was attended by Dave, Kris and Bruce. Another one, this time with Silicon Valley, was attended by Dale, Doug and Art.
Fine-Free Badge
The fine-free badge for March went to Doug for his high bid of $12.
Happy Birthday Bruce!
We celebrated Bruce's birthday with cookies. Sadly, he learned that he was not turning 80 as he thought, but actually 81.
Happy/Sad Dollars
Fenton put in a sad dollar for having missed the interclub with Mtn. View due to illness.
Dale added a buck because he was happy to have gotten a big mailer out.
Kristin had a happy dollar because she traveled to Yuba City with her volleyball team.
Dale was happy that he saw Ken Hall while getting his taxes done.
Art dropped in a happy dollar because he did some re-wiring on his pool and it actually works.
Fenton had both a happy and sad dollar. While visiting Armadillo Willy's his car was hit in the parking lot. But the guy who hit him was very nice and paid the $250 to get the little dent fixed. Also, his granddaughter and her husband came out from Georgia so he could have some surgery done at Stanford.
Elsie had a sad dollar because, due to a PG&E power surge, she ended up with both smoke and fireman in her house.
Kristin felt obligated to pay a sad dollar because she left the fine-free badge at home.

Richard made yet another trek to Vegas to visit his granddaughter and paid a $14 fine.

Steve won the Joker-Joker draw on February 27th and took from the pot $8.
Fenton won on March 6th and snatched up $8 of his own.
