Happy/Sad Dollars
Dave G., happy that today was his last meeting as "Prez Dave," tossed a buck into the pot.
Richard put in a happy dollar to announce that he is the official photographer at this years Exotic Erotic Ball. Ginnie wonders why he can't just take pictures of puppies and small children.
Kristin was both happy and sad. Happy because on Saturday all her kids were on winning teams and sad that her daughter's team wasn't so good on Sunday.
Doug added a sad dollar because the A's suck.
Dale paid a sad dollar because he was unable to attend the Jubilee.

What Is A Home?
A roof to keep out the rain. Four walls to keep out the wind. Floors to keep out the cold. Yes, but home is more than that. It is the laugh of a baby, the song of a mother, the strength of a father. Warmth of living hearts, light from happy eyes, kindness, loyalty, comradeship. Home is first school and first church for young ones, where they learn what is right, what is good and what is kind. Where they go for comfort when they are hurt or sick. Where joy is shared and sorrow eased. Where fathers and mothers are respected and loved. Where children are wanted. Where the simplest food is good enough for kings because it is earned. Where money is not so important as loving-kindness. Where even the teakettle sings from happiness. That is home.

Real Estate Truisms
If you want to know exactly where the property line is, just watch your neighbor cut his grass.
This country is great. It's the only place where you can borrow money for a down payment, get a 1st and 2nd mortgage and call yourself a homeowner.
The trouble with owning a home is that no matter where you sit, you're looking at something you should be doing.
Have You Heard The One About.....???????
A client bought a new home and the agent wanted to send flowers to say thank you. When they arrived the owner read the card; "Rest in Peace."
The owner was angry and called the florist to complain. The florist said. "Sir, I'm really sorry for the mistake, but rather than getting angry you should imagine this: somewhere there is a funeral taking place today, and they have flowers with a note saying, "Congratulations on your new home."
